Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains how Man Prosperitas Limited (“Man Prosperitas”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information you provide through this website, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who we are
Man Prosperitas Limited is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about this policy or your information using our contact form.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the contact form or by email. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, this may include:
- your name
- your business or company name
- your email address
- your telephone number, if provided
- your company's Companies House number, if provided
- details of the finance your business requires, such as the type, purpose, approximate amount and timeframe
- any other information you include in your enquiry or message
Please do not include information that we have not asked for, such as personal financial details or sensitive personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it
- evaluate commercial finance enquiries, including whether we may be able to help
- where appropriate, communicate with potential lenders, funding partners or business partners about your enquiry
- manage our business relationships with lenders, funding partners and other organisations that contact us
- keep appropriate records of our correspondence
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to and managing business enquiries, and, where you are seeking finance or a business relationship, on taking steps at your request before entering into an arrangement.
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information.
If you make a business finance enquiry, we may share relevant details with lenders or funding partners that may be able to help, as part of dealing with your enquiry. We will discuss this with you before your enquiry is introduced to a lender or funding partner.
We also use trusted service providers to operate this website and our email, who process information on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Resend, which delivers messages submitted through the contact form to our inbox
- Microsoft 365, which we use for business email
We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual terms.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are normally deleted within two years of our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.
Keeping your information secure
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to those who need it to deal with them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you provide.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use your information
- object to how we use your information
- ask us to transfer your information to another organisation, where applicable
Some of these rights only apply in certain circumstances. To make a request, contact us using our contact form. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
